Products and information

Product pages describe the design, material, size and available options for each item. Photographs help show the design and styling; colours can look different depending on your screen and the lighting in your room. This does not affect your rights if goods do not match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Any delivery charge and the total payable are shown at checkout before you place your order. Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. You must pay when placing an order.

Placing an order

Select your product and any size option, add it to your basket, and review the items, quantities and delivery details before completing checkout. You can correct your information before submitting payment. Orders and customer communications are available in English. We send an order confirmation by email; keep it with a copy of these terms for your records.

If you spot an error after ordering, contact Client Care promptly with your order number. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will let you know and refund the unavailable item unless you agree to an alternative.

Delivery

UK standard delivery is calculated by packed parcel weight, with charges from £4.99 per parcel and free standard delivery on qualifying orders of £199 or more. If your order requires multiple parcels, their charges are added together unless free delivery applies. Our Shipping Policy gives approximate weight bands in kilograms and full delivery details. Available options, the final charge and free-delivery eligibility are shown at checkout before payment.

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Standard transit is estimated at 5–8 working days after dispatch, approximately 7–11 working days from ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; remote locations may take longer. Any delivery date agreed for your order will be communicated to you. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days.

Your cancellation rights

For an online purchase of our standard goods, you normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Where goods from one order arrive separately, the cancellation period normally runs from receipt of the last item.

To cancel, send a clear statement to hello@sabetihome.co.uk or to our registered office address above. Include your name and order details so we can identify the purchase. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. You do not need our permission to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

After telling us you wish to cancel, return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact Client Care for return arrangements and the appropriate return address. Your statutory rights are not conditional on receiving a reply before the cancellation deadline.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund the goods and the cost of our standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service does not have to be refunded. The refund will use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee, within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits it.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact Client Care so we can help. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law remain unaffected; cancellation information above does not replace those rights.

Using this website

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other visitors' use. Website content and imagery must not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. For a complaint about an order or the website, contact Client Care with the details and your order number where applicable.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
