UK standard delivery
Free standard delivery on qualifying UK orders of £199 or more. The final delivery charge and eligibility are shown at checkout before payment.
For orders below the free-delivery threshold, delivery is calculated by packed parcel weight:

Weights above are rounded to kilograms for guidance. Checkout uses the exact configured weight boundaries. Each parcel is charged separately, so charges are added together if your order needs more than one parcel. Free standard delivery applies when your order qualifies for the £199 offer. Prices include applicable VAT.
Dispatch and arrival
We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 working days after dispatch: approximately 7–11 working days from ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Remote locations may take longer. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days.
Tracking and delivery help
We email tracking details when your order is dispatched. Items may arrive in separate parcels. If your delivery is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact Client Care or email hello@sabetihome.co.uk.
